Went in on Friday not long after opening, it was quiet when I arrived but quickly started to get busy. The chicken here is amazing, the flavour is next level and it's actually spicy. The Reaper is really hot...... also, mac & cheese is a nice side! Recommended

Had a great experience at Dave’s Hot chicken Stevenage. I’ve been to Dave’s in NYC, and this surpassed my experience there. Chicken was perfectly cooked, seasoning was very strong - really good fries! Nice restaurant with a lot of seating as well. Mac and cheese was a tad bland but fries were perfectly cooked. The extra hot flavour was my favourite and I loved the pickles - I was transported back to the USA !

Sunday visit for lunch. The food was absolutely great so tasty, staff friendly and accommodating and I'd say better than KFC but of course different menu options and this one is slightly ghtly pricier. Mac n cheese was a great difference and tastier chips. Uploaded a video to YouTube, Eating th Hottest Chicken at Daves hot chicken consisting of the 'Reaper' spice challenge which was definitely extreme! But the food in general was so tasty. 100% recommend

Overall, a good experience. I ordered Dave’s Number 2 which included a sandwich, slider and chips, and I also added mac & cheese and slaw on the side to try. The sandwich and slider were excellent, definitely 5 stars. The mac & cheese was average at about 3.5 stars, while the slaw was disappointing and very dry, closer to 2 stars. The restaurant was clean and the staff seemed happy and helpful, which made the visit even better. I’d definitely eat here again as the mains were delicious, but I wouldn’t order the mac & cheese or slaw next time. The value for money is solid, especially given how much I enjoyed the mains.

Another great visit to a Dave's! This is my third location now and I really like the design of the building. The Chicken was good, tasty and hot, the Lucky Stars Milkshake was the best bit tho I still don't understand the plain piece of bread though with the Chicken! Can we have texan toast or garlic butter on it plz

Just stumbled across it as didn't know it was in stevenage.. great surprise though! Chicken was juicy and tender but Crispy and very flavourful! The spice was nice as wasn't over powering but had a nice kick to it. Would recommend

It was an impromptu visit as we had one hour between our trains at Stevenage station. We were served by a great guy, Steve, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with every aspect of the visit. He guided us on menu selection and he was spot on. The chicken was extremely tasty and high quality too. The fries, mac & cheese and sauces were also first rate. Overall this was a great first time visit and we would highly recommend it.

Atmosphere-wise, it was decent - busy but with a good vibe ( if you have your company). The staff were really kind, which I appreciated. The queue doesn't take long to form though. The medium chicken was actually sweet ( like sweet taste), and the hot was just that - proper hot, not nice-hot, just burning. The flavour didn't make up for the heat. The milkshake was way too sugary - tasted like condensed milk with loads of Oreos. If you're looking for a sugar rush, this place will do it for you. But overall, it wasn't that great of an experience for me.
